We discovered this gluten-free, high fibre, with protein green pea pasta at Costco.
We have been trying to eat a more plant based diet. The ingredients on the box: green pea flour.
I am not a huge fan of peas and I notice the flavour so I like to add more sauce than I typically would with
a regular pasta. Still quite high in caloric value. The pasta can turn mushy quickly if you over cook by even
a minute. Suggested cooking time is 6 minutes.
