Pretty but poor quality

I initially really liked this nail polish because it goes on so smooth and effortlessly, however after several uses, I find that it is not very long lasting, within a few hours it’ll have chipped off my nails. I’ve tried it combined with a few differing clear top coats and base coats but it does not seem to prolong the nail polish. It’s such a cute colour that I do keep using it but have to reapply every other day unfortunately.

Shade: Little Misfit.

I received this in a beauty box and I was excited. In the bottle the colour looks great, but sadly when applied it's actually not that impressive. One lovely thing about it is that it does change colours under different lighting, going more purple to a sort of lime green. Unfortunately, though under most lighting it's just a kind of washed out greyish purple.

I had to apply 5 thin coats (3 or 4 heavy coats) to get any kind of decent colour payoff and while it was easy to apply, it also had a pretty strong smell. It came off pretty easy with nail polish remover, but I just prefer a bolder colour that takes less coats.
