Maybe I did not have the right size, but it did not encourage me to carry my baby AT ALL. It is not ergonomic for the baby's development and not so comfotable either. I'm glad I bought some other options to carry my baby around (wraps, ring slings...). You cannot adjust it, you really need to buy the right size. And the company does not reply when we write for comments.
