Sadly disappointed

We purchased the Motorola MBP855 Connect video baby monitor with WI-FI capabilities from best buy for $339.00. I started off so excited about this unit as it has a large screen, wireless capabilities and a few different features like temp sensor and two way communication. Unfortunately we got what I thought was a dudd. The sound was so low that I could hardly hear my child, the connection from the camera to the parent unit would randomly drop(even when in the next room) and not reconnect on it't own, the screen would go green then white.. We exchanged this unit for the same model hoping to have better luck. The replacement unit is no better! The parent unit shuts off on its own in the middle of the night!! Unfortunately we have lost our faith in the model and will be purchasing a different brand.
