I normally don't take anything for period cramps since nothing ever works but these motrin's actually did work for me ( very shocking)

Took about 30ish minutes and my cramps were gone, it was like I never had cramps ! The motrin also got rid of my headache at the same time (2 for 1 :D ), The relief lasted about 3 hours and then my cramps came back but not as bad as they were.

My only complaint is that I wish the capsule was a bit small because it is a big oval chunk which is hard to swallow.

Overall tho, I would definitely buy it again for my periods. One capsule does just the trick.

Fast acting, but difficult to swallow

I'm not usually one to take medicine if I don't need it, but giving these a try did help my extreme headache disappear in a very quick manner. Swallowing pills is not easy for me, so I do wish they were the slim style of pill, but I only needed to take one which was good! These help also helped to relieve my other aches and pains!

Really works when you need it

Since I recieved this in the mail from the product review club, I have used Motrin and found it effective for period cramps, headaches, hangovers, and muscle pain. For me the pills were easy to take, I thought the circle shape helped them go down easily. I've taken ibuprofen, naproxen and other medications for my cramps but honestly this Motrin extra strength has worked better than anything. Ranging from 30 minutes to 1 hour after taking one I felt complete relief. I did not feel tired after taking this like I usually do when trying to get rid of cramps specifically. I would definitely recommend this to any girls out there for that time of the month, but also anyone who has had trouble achieving pain relief with other options.

My go to!

I received this product free from Chickadvisor’s product review program in exchange for an honest review. Almost every month I get the worst cramps from my period and end up laying around all day. This time around I was able to take some Motrin when I felt them coming and my gosh why haven’t I tried this product before?! My pain was pretty much gone within 30 mins or so after take one pill. ONE! I also tired this to get rid of an on coming migraine and it did wonders! This will now be a staple in my medicine cabinet! Fantastic product.

I only needed to take the pills twice but they worked fine and I was under the impression that their effect lasted longer than the ones I usually take. Their only negative side is that they are 400 mg and I don't always need that dose. I would prefer a 200 mg dose which I could double if needed.

Timing couldn't have been more perfect

I recieved this free to test from Chick Advisor and Motrin. The timing couldn't have been more perfect. The liquid gels gave quick relief of cramps and lasted for hours. I'm very grateful normally I just use ibuprofen, but this was a more targeted approach.

Great for Cramps

Motrin liquid gels have really helped my cramps. I take one at the first sign of cramps and it completely takes the pain away. I would recommend these to anyone experiencing menstrual cramps that need quick and effective relief.

Great for that time of the month!

I’ve used Motrin occasionally for a headache but never thought to use it for menstruation cramps. I’m so happy this product really helped me and it’s 8 hours so I don’t have to reach for it as frequently. I noticed a reduction in the pain of my cramps or didn’t even think of them because they weren’t as annoying. The only thing is well these pills are small they are a bit wide (circular size) so it was noticeable when taking them. I did receive this item free for my honest opinion.

Truly Targets Tough Pain Fast!

Luckily, I do not have debilitating menstrual pain; however, I do get slight cramps and periodic menstrual pain. I found that this product is quite effective at relieving that and since these are liquid gels, I feel they are absorbed into the body faster, thus are faster acting. I also like that the active ingredient is ibuprofen, so it doesn't harm the liver like acetaminophen does. I also get really bad headaches and definitely found these liquid gels to be very effective at pain relief.

Overall, it works well for menstrual cramps and other types of pain so I would definitely recommend this product to females that deal with period pain as well as anyone that needs a pain reliever!

Very Happy! Would use again!

I am a mom of two, so I don’t have time to experience pain. I get neck pain a lot of the time with headaches and taking one Motrin liquid gel made everything better. The review asked that I try during menstrual pain, which I did today, and it was very effective. I normally go to Tylenol, but it works 75%, compared to 90% of Motrin. I was pleasantly impressed.
