I love the combination of lemon and pepper on fish.
I decided to give the seasoning a shot because I thought it
would be much more convenient than running out to pick
up a fresh lemon. Well, it's just not the same. I was a disappointed.
The ratio of pepper and lemon didn't seem right. Too much
lemon and not enough pepper in my opinion. I prefer a
squeeze of fresh lemon juice. I'll stick to that.
