I'm a total salt fiend. I love salt! I was at a friend's house and she made me an omelette that was made with Mrs. Dash. I loved it. I can't say that I'll be able to completely give up salt, but Mrs. Dash makes it easier.
i love my mrs dash! my favourite is the garlic one. Anything you are cooking that needs a bit of extra kick, just add some mrs dash! so tasty. & one of my favourite things to eat as a quick snack or side to a meal is just chopped up potatoes roasted in the toaster oven with garlic mrs dash & some melted cheese on them. so easy & so delicious!
I pretty much put Mrs Dash on everything I cook! I love that it has no salt as I am always trying to get away from adding salt to anything I cook. I tend to buy huge bottles of this because it can go so quickly when you are putting it on all your savory meals :)
My husband has heart issues and is on a sodium free diet. We've tried everything on the market to use as flavouring for food that doesn't have salt in it and so far Mrs. Dash has come up the winner. I do find it rather pricey though. Now that the salt shaker has been put to the back of the spice cupboard I've also been using a lot of onions and garlic as well. For me, Mrs. Dash is a convenient way to take our spice with us when we go out for dinner or we're travelling.
Mrs. Dash is the first seasoning I always reach for. The main selling point when I tried it a few years ago was the nutrition and how healthy the seasoning was in comparison with the amount of salt in other seasonings out there. I love all the varieties and love the taste the perfect spice blends bring to my every day cooking!
Great way to add flavor without all the added sodium.Good for people with high blood pressure who need to limit their salt intake.
I've always been a big fan! No msg, no salt and great selection in seasonings. What's not to love?! I always have this in my pantry
Mrs Dash seasonings are such an excellent way to season almost all your meals and dishes. No salt, no MSG. So much healthier for you than the alternatives. I have been using these spices for years, and even use them to make my own shake'n'bake for chicken. Simply add to crushed bread crumbs, (any spice or a combination of a few spices.) I use a fair amount, then mix to blend spices with crumbs, dip your chicken in to coat. Roast at 350 degrees for 40 -45 minutes. What a great way to eat healthier and save money. Thank you Mrs Dash
Highly recommend Mrs. Dash Seasoning! You can usually find it for $2 or less in most grocery/dollar stores. I love that all of Mrs. Dash Seasoning products (e.g., blends, marinades, and seasoning packets) contain no salt and no MSG! Great for me because MSG gives me migraines, so this is a great spice alternative!
My favourite is the Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend - I add it to boiled vegetables, meats, potatoes, sandwiches and salads. Other great products are Mrs. Dash Chicken Grilling Blend, Italian Seasoning Blend and the Mrs. Dash Lime Garlic Marinade!!
I am on medication for my heart and try to avoid salt as much as possible, there is already enough salt in many products out there without adding any. But I do like a little added flavour to give my meal added enjoyment. Mrs. Dash is just the thing to shake my salt shaker habit without eating bland food.
