Once you think that you have mastered the MTV Yoga DVD, then you can move on to the Power Yoga disc. Trust me, if you're a beginner I don't recommend doing this one before you try the regular yoga first. There are a lot more challenges here. It's great if you want to keep going with yoga, but need a new routine. I like using workout DVDs when I can't get to the gym. I always get a good stretch/workout from these videos.
