So, although I recommend this product, I'm afraid to say that it won't work for everyone. When we bought this seat, we didn't realize that it is not meant for all toilets. The seat was not shaped correctly for our toilet and we had a standard toilet seat. We ended up bringing the seat to my in-laws house so that our daughter could use it there. The seat fit perfectly on their toilet. The seat was secure and durable and my daughter was able to sit on it without a problem!
