My mother in law introduced me to this when we bought our first home and I never looked back. It's works on all different types of wood and surfaces and all you need is a cap full.
Great product but obviously became full with what ur wearing it's obviously it's oil and it does stain.

I highly recommend murphy's oil soap....I have an 100 year old home....and the staircase being solid old oak...and baseboards very hard to upkeep. I have always had murphy's oil soap and discovered works fantastic on ALL my 100 year wood in my home.

doesnt leave the overpowering scent that masks the cleaning "That it smells clean So must be clean" Not true.

Very effective, mild cleaning product for wood. It use it on my antique wood walls, oak staircase and other wood surfaces. It performs well.
