I have seen this one in local health food stores and grocery stores but yesterday I found it in Dollarama so I thought I would buy one to try. It was pretty decent not overly chalky tasting like some protein drinks can be. I tried it warm so I am guessing it would taste so much better cold

I love that you can get a great serving of protein in such a low calorie, great tasting drink. I like having these after a workout or just as filling snack/quick meal replacement when I'm in a time crunch or to beef up any meal. Very delicious tasting, good consistency, not too thick or dense.

If you are looking for a lower sugar quick and easy protein shake this is the one. It is filling and the taste is great They are a reasonable price comparable to other protein drinks that are on the market and I enjoy the taste of it.
