I would buy for a little more protein ornto switch up. Would definitely buy this for extra protein good taste great value . It can't miss product when you go to the store .

surprisingly good

Recently one of my coworkers offered me a container of this Muscle Milk to try out. She is very much in to healthy eating and drinking. I placed it into the freezer for about a couple of hours and it tasted pretty good with just the right amount of sweetness. I love the fact that it contains 20 grams of protein. I even sampled the chocolate flavor by placing it in my morning coffee. We had run out of cream in the staffroom, and again my co-worker had a container to donate for the cause. It reminded me of a café mocha.

This stuff is loaded with protein and delicious

Great drunk to have pre or post work put to give you loads of energy. I personally prefer the chocolate flavor as the vanilla is too sweet. I sometimes add it to my morning espresso and it is delicious.
