    Jodi Picoult captures the emotion!

This is a great book about family, love and loyalty that will pull at your heartstrings. Jodi Picoult is one of my favourite authors, she really knows how to captivate the readers attention and you can’t put the book down.

    Good Book

This book was stunning. In writing, in style, in plot, in character! It truly is one of those books that you really can't stop reading. Get the kleenex box out.

This book is easy to read but is not an easy topic. Anna isn't convincing to me as a thirteen-year-old, even though I know her experiences would force her to be mature beyond her years. I'm also on the fence with the predictable subplot with the romantic history between Anna's lawyer Campbell Alexander, and her guardian ad litem, Julia Romano. Although I do admit, I was curious about their history and was especially curious about Campbell's service dog. What about Jesse? I agree the book needed an angry voice,...I'm just not sure Jesse's delinquent behavior was believable. AND...Sara. The mother. Really? She hasn't practiced law for years and years, and she chooses to represent herself in this emotionally charged and complicated case? I don't know. The subject matter of this book, however, is fascinating and it is for this reason I give it 3 stars. What would you do if placed in this impossible situation?

This book is about a young girl brought into the world to help her sister who has a type of leukemia that affects blood and Bones marrow. Normally she is willing to do anything to help her older sister but when she becomes a teenager and is asked to donate her kidney that is where she draws the line. This book shows how two young adolescents can be thrown into an adult situation that should never weighed upon them and be forced to make mature decisions. This story is strong and powerful and absolutely heartbreaking. I have never read anything by Jodi Picoult that has not inflicted some manner of emotion upon me.If you can make it through this book without shedding a tear I would be surprised. My advice is to keep a box of tissue nearby.

This book was a tough read-- because of the emotions involved!!!! I cried a lot in it. It was definitely well written. Of course in the movie they changed the ending-- Im not sure which ending I like best so I will let you decide!!

Extreme heartbreak. This book gave me all the feels and I couldn't put it down. I read it within a couple of days. I was excited to watch the movie because the book was so good. The movie was a let down unfortunately. Read the book :)

This book KILLED ME! It was so sad, yet uplifting at the same time if that even makes sense. The book ends differently than the movie, which caught me off guard.

I loved this book soooo much. It was dramatic, heart wrenching and a tear jerker. It is the one book that I noticed is the COMPLETE opposite of the movie, I mean like not even the same events occur and I enjoyed the books sooo much better than the movie. If you love the movie you will for sure love the book.
