I have lost 40 pounds and the only app I used for my weight loss journey is this app!! It has helped me keep track of my calorie intake and it has also helped me come up with new recipes too! I love this app and will always be using it for the rest of my life!
Good app
I love this app it is really helpful if your trying to lose weight. You are able to track your exercise, the amount of water you drink and it tracks the amount of calories you consume.
Great health tracker
Started food journaling again as I want to know how much I'm eating. Free version gives you the calories, otherwise its monthly. You can pair it wi6h your fitness device, I have the garmin watch. It's great to see in one place the calories in and out.
Incredibly helpful
This app has been a huge eye opener for me. I've always been the person who could eat whatever I wanted and never gained a pound. As I get closer to my 30's this has changed hahah. I've gained a good 40 pounds and I'm trying really hard to loose some of it. Using this app is great to see what exactly I am putting into my body. I love that it can sync with my google fit app to adjust my calories based off my work outs.
Use this!!
Does it get any better? This app is amazing even if you are using the free version. It's easy to track everything. I lost a bunch of weight and must credit this app as my food, water and exercise tracker.
Great Way to Help with Weight Loss
MyFitnessPal is a great tool in helping with weight loss. It helps keep track of progress, as well as goals, calorie intake, and exercise!!! Its super easy and effective, taking the guess work out of weight loss!!!!!
Lost 46lbs
I recommend myfitnesspal to all of my family and friends. Tracking my calorie intake has helped me to lose 46 lbs. It's really easy and fairly quick once you use it a few times. I have mine set to lose 0.5 lbs a week. It's also synced to my fitbit.
Best app
I have been using this app for over a month now and I think it's a great tool to help you lose weight and get healthy. It's very easy to do. Now I pay alot more attention to everything I eat and drink.
Useful weight management tool!
My Fitness Pal is a great tool for anyone who is trying to get healthy! It allows you to track food and water intake, log workouts, log weight (ability to upload pictures). It is very user friendly! Ability to sync several different applications to the app as well. Would definitely recommend!
The best
So far this app helps alot! And yesss to top it all off IT'S FREEEE. If I forget to log my intake in for the day it sends a reminder. After you log, it shows you if you're on track and how much you'll weigh in the next coming weeks if you continue eating the same way. Love it!
