This app is a life saver!
I love this app. I have struggled with weight management for most of my adult life and until I started food logging, I wasn’t realizing how many calories and carbohydrates I was eating. I use the free version which is my reason for only 4 stars for value. I wish that you were able to access all features on the paid premium app like being able to change your macros for each day and being able to see net carbohydrates rather than total carbs.
This app reminds you throughout the day to log your breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. It also reminds you to step on the scale throughout the week which is nice because it acts like a kind of support system. I use this app everyday and love it. Maybe one day I’ll bite the bullet and pay for the premium.
very good app
DOwnloaded this app a few years ago and use it since. It is so user-friendly and allows me to stay on track with my food intake, my exercise and basically my whole day activity.
I also get to connect with other users. Great app if you are looking to start your healthy lifestyle journey.
Bien
Great App
This app is really helpful when trying to get into shape, You can put the goal of weight you'd like. Keep track of how many calories are in each food item consumed and lets you know the vitamins and minerals in each one. its awesome
It is okay to use
I have used my Fitness Pal app in the past. I hound it was quite helpful at helping see how many calories I was eating a day. I found it wasn't always knowledgeable about certain brands of food. But it did help me realize that I was eating more calories aday than I thought I was. It is very helpful at helping a person loose weight.
My lifeline
I've tried several ways to lose weight, keep track of nutrition, etc. I have found that MFP is my favorite app for this. I love the ease of tracking food using the barcode scanner. It syncs perfectly with my Fitbit account to provide a good profile of my intake/output. It keeps me honest and doesn't let me lie to myself when I go a little crazy and overeat or eat the "wrong" stuff.
I've been using MFP for years, and even though sometimes I take a little break, I always find myself coming back. Even when I'm not losing because I'm not actively working on that, it keeps me on track and keeps me from gaining back all that I worked hard to lose.
Helps You Help Yourself
I used this app for a long time. It was great for keeping track of what I was eating and what type of exercising I was doing. It was super straight forward and reliable. The only issue is that it's based off of what you put in so if you miss a day, it is not necessarily super accurate. If you stick with it though, it's awesome.
Simple But Effective
This is a really cool app. Not even if you want to lose weight. Just being able to track your fitness and what you eat is interesting. I never knew he calorie count for the food I was eating and this has helped me shave off a few pounds.
I really like MyFitnessPal for tracking my macros! it has been incredibly useful when I am trying to lose weight or maintain my muscle mass. I really like that you can see the breakdown of percentage when you add in your meals.
This is a great app! The charting for weight is very good to see long term progress. The scanning feature works for most Canadian foods. The only reason I not longer use it is because I track smart points now instead of calories.
