application gratuite très utile pour contrôler notre poids et tenir un journal de ce qu'on mange quotidiennement. beaucoup d'amélioration apportées , régulièrement
I love this app, it's functional and provides me with everything I need to keep track of my health and fitness at my finger tips. I have successfully stuck to a better eating plan and am seeing results. I recently updated to the premium version and it's worth every penny if you are a dedicated user who wants a more in depth daily report.
This is a great app to keep attract of everything you eat and every experience you do. It can sync with your other devices. If you have a fitbit it will sync your steps into the app for you. You can add friends to join and see their progress. It will send you a reminder to exercise and log for the day. It really is a great app to keep healthy.
I use this app since 4 year I think and I can't imagine myself without it! you can track everything. If you can't find your food just scan the barcode and you will find it. super useful
love that it can keep track of everything, if you're making a new recipe you can just add in your measurements and still count it. great app. super helpful to know how many calories you have left for the day, it's a real reminder to eat properly and exercise regularly, especially when you see it down in writing
This is a great tool to keep track of the foods you eat. There is a great database of food and if your item is not in there you can just scan the barcode and there it will be. You can keep track of your fittness progress whatbyou do on a daily basis as well as input your diet needs.
The MyFitnessPal Iphone App is pretty good. It let's you keep track of how much calories you eat per day. It lets you log in everything you eat during your day. It also lets you add exercises you have done. It also lets you know your progress and goal achieve. So if you are looking for an easy app to navigate to either maintain or loose weight I would definitely consider this app. It's well made.
I have lost 200 lb and my fitness pal has been right there with me for 482 days. easy to use from computer or phone. It lets me check out the calories of a meal before I eat it or keeps track of what I've eaten so I stay on track with my eating plan. Also allows me to keep track of my fitness activities. It has a great bank of foods and activities already entered so you just have to select your food and portion or activities and length of time.
I like using this to keep track of my weight progress, as well as my calorie intake. I also like to use it to keep track of what I been eating so incase a migraine hits, I can go back and see what I ate for that day to see if I can spot a "trigger". Its much more convieniant(sp?) than writing it down on paper, plus I can take it with me so I can keep track of what I eat as I eat it when I'm out as well.
What I don't like about this app....
If you have an amount of calories for the day, and you eat way less than that, the app (and website), doesn't allow you to even completME whether or not I am content with amount of calories I consumed. Its almost like they encourage you to go over your calories or something. I don't know, I just think that needs to be fixed. Like yesterday for example, I was finished my day with 545 calories left I could have consumed, but I was full and had no intention of eating anything else, yet it wouldn't let me complete my entry.
Other than that, its still a good app, and I recommend it, even if only for the weight tracking. I don't really use it for the exercise tracking, since I don't exercise much, and when I do, I have to consume even more calories to be able to complete my entry for the day.
As a bodybuilder I have been using myfitnesspal for years and I way prefer it over writing down my meals. The website and app have way too many glitches though, especially because I have a paid membership. Often types when I input a food it will not sure up at all but when I go to input it again it states I cant because its already in my system.. but still nowhere to be found when I want to log it in my meals! It's incredibly frustrating and discouraging especially when I need complete accuracy with my macro-nutrients. I also find their customer service a little useless, but I will continue to use the app because it is the best of its kind that I have seen so far.
