    I never tried to loose weight as I never had time or thought I needed too. As my weight increased, I decided a couple of months ago to try and loose it. Exercising every day was not a thing for me (as I work 2 jobs), so by tracking my food in the MyFitnessPal app, it's shown me how much I actually eat. I always thought I was eating healthy.. but I was SO wrong! I've lost 10 pounds by exercising and dieting in the past couple of months. I'm so impressed and it's all thanks to this one app :)

    Great free calorie counter app, has a large database of foods to work with, and really keeps me on track with reminders

    I have been a member of this online forum for many years and was thrilled when they finally came out with an accompanying app for Iphone. It is so easy to track your calories, your exercise goals or to chat with friends that you make along the way. I highly recommend this app for anyone who loves fitness and a healthy lifestyle.

    I was told about this website by a clerk at a health food store. I was surprised by how much sugar I eat in a day. I found it a bit much on the first few days to keep seraching for food that matchs what I was eating ( I didn't count the number of grapes I ate). I have missed a few days but am still trying to use. I think with time & after most of your eating routines are in, it will get better. It sure makes you think about what you eat.

    Can't beat the price of FREE! You can download it to Apple or Android devices. I have used it on and off about 3 different times. It is working right now as I am typing this. My secret is try and pair up with a friend. That way you have the support and you can keep each other on track.

    Tres site de gestion de calories, sucre, sel Et autres. Je l utilise tous les jours pour suivre mon 1250 calories par jours. Cela fait 2 mois que je l utilise, il est facile, efficace Et gratuit. J ai perdu 20 livres. Je Le recommande.

    I use this app everyday! It's great! You enter your goals and it tells you how many calories, fat, sugar, sodium, etc that you can have per day. As you enter your food intake into the app it calculates the nutrition content and subtracts it from your total daily allotment. It really helps you watch what you eat and make healthier food choices.

    You want results you got them! This is a FREE App and I am living proof that it WORKS! I gained a lot of weight when I had my son. I was tiny before i had him and I couldnt stand looking at all the extra weight anymore so I downloaded this app and have been using it religiously everyday for the past 130 day. Results are in and I have lost 35 lbs and counting! I am not a fan of dieting and have never had to excercise until now because I have never had to. As long as you track EVERYTHING you eat your pretty much guaranteed results because it tracks your calorie intake and excercise so you can balance it out without going over your alloted calorie intake for the day. I would recomend this to anyone and everyone.

    I decided to lose some weight as we were going to Hawaii for our honeymoon. I have/had been very neglectful about going to the gym, and really needed to shed about 10 pounds. Due to a kitchen reno gone awry, eating out had added weight. And then a sorority sister tweeted that she had been using My Fitness Pal and had been dropping weight. So I took a look.
    First off, it works on both iPhone and Blackberry and syncs to an online profile instantly. Second, many common foods/restaurants are already in there, and if not, and you have the info, you can add them. You can also add your own recipes and it breaks down the nutritional content.
    I lost about 7 lbs just by using this program in about a month with NO exercise. My husband has lost around 30 by following this and just walking the dog. We really like its simplicity, ease and tracking abilities. A definite must for anyone, even if you aren't looking to lose weight. I found that I was lacking in some vitamins from its detailed daily analysis.
