Worst sleep ever

My husband and I bought these pillows while vacationing in Montana the price was cheaper than anywhere we had seen in Canada. We saw the ads on TV and they promote that they stand behind their product so we figured why not.

We have now tried them for a whole week and we both have had the worse sleeps ever. They are very lumpy and very uncomfortable.

I messaged the company because of their warranty and they advised me after I provided a receipt told me they don’t honor third party companies. I advised them then they are not standing behind their product and it’s very disappointing.

I wouldn’t purchase this product now because they don’t stand behind it.
