This shiatsu massager is great. You can use it in the comfort of your home or even take it in the car on the go. It has a heat option to relieve pain in your neck and shoulders. Relieves tension and helps relax tight muscles. I cant say enough about how good this feels. It has two rollers on each side that rotate simultaneously to knead the pain right out of your muscles. It has a built in timer so you can not over work the muscles. It comes with an ac adapter as well as a car charger. The massager is small enough to pack with you where ever you need to go. If you don't want heat you have that option as well. It is so comfortable to lay on. I have recommended this product to a lot of friends and family. It has helped relieve tension in my neck which has decreased my migraines.
