I don't know what to say about this product other than it's terrible. I used it on my arms, which is an area I only wax, so the hair is soft. Here is what happened: the wax rolled on nicely, but didn't take any hair off. It did, however, take off a whole bunch of skin. How did it take off skin but no hair = mystery. Next day: red, patchy skin and lots of hair. Day after: went to salon to get arms properly waxed.
