This wax is great! I usually use an epilator but this will probably replace that! It leaves my legs feeling smooth and moisturized and doesn't irritate it at all. It is also relatively easy and simple to use, which helps a lot. This is a lot better than the tradition waxes I've used in the past. I would definitely recommend this!
Great product it is easy and simple to use. Great that you can use it with a very little amount of hair. Goes on easy and easy to take oft. Love that you get the little post waxing wipe. Easy instructions to follow and love that it doesn't come out of the microwave to hot just the right amount of wait time. Would definitely recommend this product to friends and family.
I found the consistency of this product to be very thick. The application wasn't as smooth as I expected it to be, however that could be due to my lack of frequency in waxing and not having much practice as I do with was strips. The removal wasn't quite as painful and I would most probably purchase this product in the future.
I am a lover for the Nair products, My normal wax that I usually use is by Nair. It is the Nair sensual berries with natural resin. It took me a few wax products to find the right one that works well for me. I am glad that I got picked out of the many to try out the Nair Cire Divine Moroccan Wax. I love the ease of the use this wax does. The bonus is that you do not need cloth strips to take it off. It is a no strip wax. My skin feels great after using it. Soft and not red. Some times you can get red after waxing. I use the Nair for a Brazilian. It works beautifully. I totally recommend this product Nair is the way to go to take away your unwanted hair. XOXOX
I was pleasantly surprised with this product. It smelt OK and did all it promised. Nice clean feeling but you have to watch when it comes out the micro it's not too hot. Also follow the directions and you will have no problems. Good for first time users.
I have always used a razor in the past as the waces ne er really worked well for me - I am now a Nair fan! This product is awesome, easy to use and effective!
I was super excited to be selected to try this product from ChickAdvisor! I am always on the hunt for a better at home wax kit, so I was curious to try a wax kit with no wax strips! When I opened the kit, I was surprised again, by there being no lid for the wax. Apparently, this is how all of hem are sold, and I suppose it make sense, as the wax hardens when cool, so it won't spill anyways. The pot of wax is large, so I can see it being good for at least 5+ uses (I do full legs, and only have done one waxing session since receiving it). I had to adjust the microwaving times, since my microwave is quite powerful, and it would have left the wax too hot. You kinda have to mix the wax around, as it might still be a bit of different consistencies when it's done heating, but don't worry, it should all soften up after you mix it. Ok, onto the waxing.
As I always do, try to wax in an area of your house that would be easy to clean if the wax spilled (ie, no carpet!). I always put a magazine opened up under my pot just to try and pick up any drippings I might make. Ok, so the trick to using this wax is getting a good glob of wax on your stick, spreading it thin, and then leaving a little curl at the end in which you are able to grab. My first couple times trying this out, I left quite a bit of wax on the end to be able to grab it better, as I was nervous there wouldn't be enough to pull on. Wait until the wax is no longer sticky, and has cooled down, and then pull. Easy! If any of the wax didnt come off, I used the wax strip on top of it to try and pull it off. The package also came with some post waxing wipes, which are so helpful in getting rid of that sticky residue afterwards, I wish I could buy more of these as the package only came with 3! On a scale of 1-10, I'd say the pain was probably about a 6, regular waxing being about a 7 for me? Honestly, it was hard to tell the difference in pain. I had fairly short hair when i waxed (would usually have waited longer, but I had to get my review in), and it did a good job of picking up most of the hairs, very few were left behind. All in all, this is definitely a product I would try again, especially with summer right around the corner!
I tested the Nair Cire Divine Moroccan Argan Oil Wax as part of the product review club. I really wanted to like this product but was disappointed. With a retail price of roughly $18.99 depending on where you purchase of course, I just don't feel it's worth it. There is a slight fragrance to the product which was fine. It comes in quite a large size, I had to reheat a few times to get the right consistency. The instructions did state that you may have to continue to heat in 10 second intervals depending on your microwave. I did this for an additional 30 seconds. Once I achieved the proper consistency I applied the product as instructed. I left it on then proceeded to peel off however did not find it took off much hair. I would rather head to a salon and have my legs waxed then purchase this product again. If you are spending almost $20 I would expect better results then the ones I received.
I received this as part of the product review club. As background, I wax regularly and I've uses both strips and microwavable wax. This is a microwavable wax that's supposed to ease some discomfort from waxing those sensitive areas!
ghr first thing I noticed was the scent. It actually smells nice - a little sweet with a hint if citrus. It comes in a microwavable container which I microwaved and used the spatula provided to spread it. It seems to be more spreadable than other waxes I have tried which is nice. I did find that it really wasn't as painful as normal and was very easy to remove. It removed hair very effectively although it took me a couple of tries to really get it down. The post waxing wipes were so moisturizing I just loved them. Overall, great experience!
