It went so wrong
I was so excited that they made one for sensitive skin. I tried their products before and didn’t really like them. They were always so strong. This one assured me that it wouldn’t bother even the more sensitive of skin. I left it on the amount of time it was supposed to be on. The last minute or so it felt a little bit itchy. Nothing prepared me for what happened when I wiped it off. The moment the cloth touched my leg instantly I felt pain. It left a wicked chemical burn on both my legs. Never again will I use this product.
Ouch
... maybe I have extra sensitive skin? This left little red scabs in each of my pores. It was an uncomfortable feeling after wards as well... like starchy & weird to touch.
Personally never had a good experience with any Nair products. Too many chemicals for me.
does the job
this hair removal cream is very good if applied right. it left my sensitive skin and areas smooth and silky. BUT this can cause a chemical burn and irritation if left on for too long ESPECIALLY in lady areas.
Easy to use
I've used this product several times now. It's so simple to use, and often takes less time than directed on the bottle. I have found that my hair has grown back in finer, and slower.
Nair creme depilatoire
Les produits nair sont tres efficace, je les utilise chaque mois pour enlever les poils recalcitrant ou qui sont a des endroits ou on ne dois pas se rassr.
It works
I've tried this product a few times and it does indeed work. I tend to have sensitive skin (why I tried it) and it didn't bother me at all. I removed the hair cleanly and effectively, leaving my skin super soft and smooth. The only downside to it is that while it does work and is milder than other hair removers, it is skin a little on the harsh side.
I am leery about some hair removal products as I find they tend to irritate my skin, but I found Nair Creme Sensitive Skin formula was actually incredibly gentle on my legs! There was no irritation, redness, or rash after use, even though I had to leave it on a bit longer (for longer hairs). I was quite happy with the results, however I did need to do a quick once-over with a razor in a few spots that seemed to have some minor stubble. It's been about two weeks since application and my hair is still at a light-stubble length. Made for a hassle-free vacation!
I recently used the new Nair Nourish Crème 150ml Japanese Cherry Blossom & Rice Bran Oil.
It certainly removed the hair, it also burnt my face. I did not leave it on for any longer than instructed, in fact i had it on a mere 3 or 4 minutes.
I have used products like this in the past and have never encountered any problems.
I bought this sensitive skin cream to substitute a regular strength one because I was having problems with the efficacy of the older one. Unfortunately, it seems that this one is worse in many regards - especially how it burns. I never used to have a problem with burning after using hair removal cream, but this one does leave a sting - especially if any of the cream touches my lip or its border. In addition to that, it doesn't work how it should. I am still left with a bit of stubble afterwards and that defeats the purpose of using hair removal cream because that's even more visible than when the hair starts to grow in. I don't expect the effect to last long (I use it every time I shower which is every 3 days) but I do expect it to do what it's supposed to do when I leave it on for the prescribed amount of time. The smell isn't much better than other creams, either, but there's not much to be done about that - and at least it's better than the cucumber scented ones which have ruined the vegetable for me. At least it does moisturize, which is good, but it's not a long term solution (as in, it's good immediately after but it doesn't last) because in the winter I find my upper lip drying out in the corners.
I'm not sure whether switching back to regular strength or trying a different brand will help, but as for this product itself it isn't doing what it should be and I only continue to use it just so I don't waste my money or the product. I won't be a repeat customer for this product but maybe someone else will have better luck with it.
I used nair cream for years and I think the only reason I stopped using it was because I found it to be a little more time consuming than just using a razor. I like the results better than using a razor it's just that I had a child and found I had less time to take on myself so I didn't use this as much, I would defiantly use thus again though.
