Waxing that ouch word. Oh how I hate waxing. But this time my experience was more enjoyable. As the wax goes on smoothly and smells so tasty. I must say that I never can get all the hair in one pull yet this wax pulls out a lot of the hair at once, but not all. So you might want to wax the same area twice. My legs were so smooth afterwards. I received this product as part of the review club.

I was so excited to try this wax; however, my hair was still too short to effectively wax any area so I asked my sister to review it instead (see below for her review). Nonetheless, I still tried it. The first thing I noticed was how delicious it smelled; it is exactly like a candy apple! Also, there were a lot of wax strips included. Since they're also washable, there should not be a shortage of strips for a while. That was a big plus for me. I love the washable concept. Speaking of washable, this wax is no mess, no fuss! If you put hot water on anywhere the wax it, it will literally melt and evaporate.

My sister consistently waxes body hair. Here is what she had to say about this Nair wax:

− Very easy to use and clean up
− Effective on medium hair
− Doesn’t actually work on short hair
− Very delicious fragrance (I wanted to eat it!)
− Liked that you could wash it off with warm water

Comparison to other products:
− Doesn’t irritate skin as much as other products
− Compared to my usual wax, this one doesn’t take off 100% of the hair while the other one does
− This one is much easier to deal with than the other ones, in terms of clean up

− I would recommend it to people who have thin/medium hair, not for coarse hair

I have used wax in the past but I have been hesitant to use it again. Then I tried Nair Candy Apple Sugar Wax and it works really well. I liked how easy it was to use. The reusable strips are such a great idea.

I would recommend it to others if they like to wax. Its comparable to other waxes its actually a lot better than most other brands.

The process was pretty foolproof. And There was barely any residual wax to clean up and I was surprised at how many hairs the strips grasped.
Overall I’d say this was a pretty painless experience. My biggest fear was actually pulling the strip off but once I got over that the process was a breeze! For someone with quite sensitive skin the product didn’t irritate at all. I will most definitely be putting these wax strips to use again.

I was super excited to try this new product from Nair. What had me the most excited, was the fact that this wax was supposed to be removable with just water. I also liked that the strips were reusable for future use. And the third reason I really wanted to try this product was because I had heard sugar wax was supposed to less painful.

So my first impression. I thought the packaging was very cute and attractive. The product insert made the steps very easy to follow, and the little diagrams were very helpful. I had no problem microwaving the wax, and actually preferred it to other wax strips that I have used in the past including strips you warm in between your hands, or warm with a hair dryer.

For the actual waxing, I really enjoyed using this wax. I was super impressed it was able to pick up and remove my "shaved a week ago" hair on the bottom half of my legs, while it was also able to remove my longer upper leg hair. So far (1 week later) I have very minimal regrowth. I found the pain to be only slightly less than regular wax. I also have very sensitive skin, and it didn't irritate my skin like some products I have tried in the past.

Overall, I loved trying this new product, and will definitely be purchasing it again for summer time! My one dislike was the price. I almost keeled over when I saw the price $17.99 at my local Shopper's Drug Mart. I would only purchase it while on sale and/or with a coupon! Thanks for the opportunity to try this out :)

I was thrilled to get to review this as a part of the product review club! I LOVED the smell upon opening the wax container (seriously delicious) and was happy with how nicely everything was bundled up. I followed the instructions for heating the wax, and thought it might not be hot enough. However, I used it on my underarms, and about half of the hair came out. It smells so good and is easy to use, but I'd like better results. I'm going to try again in the next few weeks, when heating the wax for longer, and hope get better results next time. I will update this review, as I totally want to love this wax!

I got this wax for free from ChickAdvisor to review and this is the first microwave hot wax I've used before. I normally use Nair's wax strips which work effectively for me, but to my surprise, this sugar wax is more effective at taking out all the hairs and even the shorter hairs! The only downside for me was that I'm not a huge fan of the smell and it can get a little messy. However, a little goes a long way so this pot could last me a while which makes it worth your money! I used this product once to test it because I normally use wax like this on special occasions. I normally like how wax makes your skin feel as opposed to shaving and it does not leave any itchiness i experience with razors. I think this product is a good product as it eliminates hair even relatively shorter hair. It also is nice because it has a very pleasant scent which I haven't found in other products.

I normally use the parissa body wax which I have no complaints about except it can get messy and this product is definitely a major competitor against it. I also find the wax wasn't as messy either. It was not painful either and the strips grabbed a lot of body hair too leaving a clean look and left my skin soft.

I would definitely recommend this product to my friends and family if they are looking for a wax kit. It was a pleasant experience with a great smell. It looks good too once melted!

I loved this wax system! Probably the best part about it was the smell of the wax compared to other waxes out there. It's also nice that the wax was made of 99% natural sugar, it's always nice to be able to get and use a product that is more natural. (there is so many chemicals in everything nowadays) Instructions were simple and easy to follow. Wax was easy to apply and it was great that you could wax when the hair was so short. The wax too no time to warm up. I waxed my legs and I was pleased with the results. I waxed 2 weeks ago and my legs are still looking great. I will definitely buy this product again. Great product, available every where and the price is great too
