Thanks so much Chick Advisor for giving me the opportunity to try the Nair Sugar Wax Candy Apple. I have been a customer of Nair for a very long time. I've used a lot of their products and am always impressed by the results.

Trying the Irresistible Candy Apple Sugar Wax was no different. What I found different and impressive from this wax compared to others was the smell. It didn't smell horrible. I also loved how easy it was to apply and how easy it latched on to my hair and removed taking off the hair, especially with the little short hairs I seem to have. It pulled those right up really quick.

The only thing I was concerned about using the wax was its color, which proved to not be a problem at all. I thought for sure it would dye some of my skin and I was proven wrong when tried it. I will definitely be purchasing this wax once mine is gone, I love that it's not too expensive and how effective it is.

First off, I just wanted to say thank you to ChickAdvisor, as they sent this to me to review as part of their Product Review Club. (And a double thanks for extending the deadline for me. Hair removal is the last thing you're thinking about when you're in bed with the flu).

The wax was super easy to heat up, you just pop it in the microwave for 30 seconds. It warmed up evenly and at the perfect temperature. The smell is quite pleasant (candy apple, yum) and the consistency was great. Now I was ready to go. I started with my legs and then I moved onto my underarms.

The first thing I noticed was it was a little awkward to get the right amount of wax on my legs. When I ripped off the sheets, there was still a bit of wax left over. What I noticed though was that my legs and underarms ended up really really smooth. I'm very happy with the results and I can guess that this would last longer than shaving (they claim it lasts up to 4 weeks).

After finishing, I was sorta sticky all over. I was not planning to take a shower, so I had to run a towel under water to remove the wax. The good thing was it was very easy to remove. Other cold wax products I have dealt with have been a hassle to get the excess wax off. One thing I did notice is that it turned my fingers red after washing the fabric strips off! It's not super stained, but definitely noticeable.

All in all, I am happy with the effectiveness of this product. Make sure you give yourself ample time, but otherwise practice makes perfect!

I am generally a fan of hard waxes, but I really liked Nair's candy apple sugar wax. Most waxes smell either plain bad or like a cheap perfume, but this wax actually smells really good! It adheres to hair well and is not too harsh on the skin. I was a little concerned about the red color because I thought it would dye my skin, but it didn't! and it made it easy to clean up any remaining was. All in all I think this is a very good new product!

First off it smells divine! I have never had/used a hair removal product that actually smells good! Not only cold, but heated up and it still stays the same when it's put on/taken off.
The sample set came with a 300g jar and 15 strips. Definitely enough wax to use a couple of times , and since the strips are washable/reusable it comes in handy.
It heats up to a consistency that's more liquid than the regular type of wax, but it could be that I heated it too much! (always something to watch for!).
I definitely prefer it to the cream removal products, and it lasts longer than shaving or the wax strips

I was part of the product review club and this was my first time trying this wax product. I usually use cold wax and found that the warm wax was a nice change. The 30 seconds in the microwave was perfect and the whole canister was heated equally, not leaving any unmelted sections. The effectiveness of the product was comparable to others that I have found but it was not very good on short hair as it had to be used a couple of times on some sections. I really liked the red colour since when cleaning up any wax it was easily visible. Normally I leave parts behind and walk around with stick legs unless I shower since I can not usually see the small bits of remaining wax. However, the red colour on the bikini area was a little weird to see but nice for cleaning up. The small of the wax was very nice as well since i have never used a sweet smelling wax before. The only negative that I found is that it was maybe a little bit too thin, or at least thinner than what I am used to. With that in mind it may drip a little easier on the way from the pot to the application area.

i love the candy apple scent plus the fact that it is microwaveable. it is very easy to use!

I was intimidated with the kit at first since I usually use wax strips which are considered very easy to use. First off, the scent smells like candy apple and is not overpowering which says a lot since I'm extremely sensitive to fragrance.

In terms of ease of use, I find that it's pretty easy to use, the instructions are easy to follow, the spatula provided spreads the wax perfectly and the woven strips are fairly durable. Application was easy; just remember to put a very thin layer of wax. However, the Nair candy apple sugar wax is not as convenient than the wax strips I normally use (have to heat up wax, though it doesn't take long, and apply the wax). Moreover, the Nair wax CAN be messy if you're not careful. One thing I do love about the Nair product is that it is easily rinsed off with warm water! Onto the cleanup, the residue wax on my skin are easily rinsed off, the woven strips rinsed off very easily as well. However, I do noticed some staining on the strips themselves.

In terms of effectiveness, I find the Nair sugar wax pretty effective in hair removal. I find hair removal doesn't hurt as much as the wax strips I use. In regards to the claim of "results lasting up to 4 weeks", I cannot attest to it yet.

Bottom line:
The Nair Candy Apple Sugar Wax is a great product: effective, smells great, fairly easy to use, and cleanup is extremely easy.

Therefore, I would recommend the Nair Candy Apple Sugar Wax!

I had the opportunity to review this product with the Product Review Club. It was the first time using wax with a stick. Usually I use Veet's. Love it :) would recomend this to all my friends. It smells great, works wonders and is easy to use. Removes hair efficiently especially on long hair. Once you know the amount or thickness your suppose to use it goes fast. Fun and great smell while getting my legs all ready for summer.

First off, this product was sent to me for consideration. Here is my honest opinion:
To start off, when I first opened the package I immediately fell in love with the scent. Unlike other wax I've tried before. It doesn't have a overwhelming plastic scent, instead it smells sweet like candy apple. The box comes with wax strips and a wooden spatula. The instruction was easy to follow and the product was easy to use. I usually resort to shaving but it's much faster.. Sometimes I don't have much time lol. This product made me want to try waxing again.. I do prefer waxing for a longer grace period before Hair growth. The very short hair is hard to get but the longer hair was easy to remove. Good Job nair for creating a nicely scented wax!

I was selected to review Nair Candy Apple Sugar Wax by the Product Review Club. I received the product last week and had the opportunity to try it this week.

Firstly, I love apples so when I first caught a whiff of the wax, I was very happy. It smells delicious and I'm a fan just because of the smell.

This product does remove a lot of hair, so that was a great surprise. I wasn't expecting it to work so well. However if you have longer hair, the process will be more painful.

Another thing that was great about this product was that it did not leave any residue or wax behind. I have this problem with a lot of wax products use and it's annoying and you avoid it with this product.

The only thing I that I didn't agree with is only putting one stick in the pack. You could lose a stick or there might be germs, and it's just really inconvenient to go out and buy sticks.

However, the product works really well and it smells AMAZING! I would buy this product for the smell alone. I will also definitely use this product again. I'm also going to note that this bottle will probably last me a couple of months, which is a plus.
