I was a little unsure about trying this product because I've tried so many other waxing products that I've been unsatisfied with but this product exceeded my expectations

It smells delicious and has a great consistency! It worked great on short hair and I loved how easy it was to clean up. It was also a lot less painless then the other products I've tried.

I will definitely be purchasing this product and using it again in the future

I was selected to try the Nair Candy Apple Sugar Wax through the product review club and received my package a few days ago.

I have tried waxes in the past and really have not been sold on them. They usually smell bad, are messy, and then don't work all that well. I was skeptical about this one as well but I had to give it a shot.

First of all, the smell, it is delicious! The directions were pretty simple so I got down to business. After some experimenting I got the wax thickness right (a thinner layer seems to work better) and was pleasantly surprised. While it may not have worked as well on some of the finer hairs it worked far better than other waxes I have used and my skin felt nice and soft after. I also found the sugar wax residue easy to clean off which has been one of my biggest pet peeves about other waxes.

The reusable strips also surprised me as they washed clean easily and worked well the second time as well.

I don't know that I will replace shaving completely but I will certainly use this again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good waxing kit. This is by far the best wax I have tried.

Thank you ChickAdvisor Product Review Club for sending me the Nair Sugar Wax in Irresistible Candy Apply to try. The package I received from ChickAdvisor contains 300g tub of microwavable sugar wax, 15 washable and reusable strips, 1 wooden spatula and one information insert. To start, the sugar wax blew my expectations out of the water. I can’t believe the formula latches onto hair as short as 2mm! I applied the warm wax to my legs and the application of the wax onto my skin went on very smoothly. The scent is delicious – a warm sugary fragrance – filled my house. I went over some areas of my leg twice and some areas three times for flawless results. The wax got all the hair off my legs regardless. I followed closely to the instructions, and I am amazed by the end results. After cleaning the wax off my legs I was met with smooth and soft skin. I really enjoyed using Nair Sugar Wax. I find this product way better than other sugar waxes I have used in the past. I find that other products come in a solid rock hard state then I have to melt the product and it’s chunky and gooey. I highly recommend Nair Sugar Wax! I plan on purchasing this product after I finish the tub for the upcoming summer months. Thanks again ChickAdvsior for sending this product for me to try. I received this product through the Review Club to try. It really does have a great smell to it. It smells delicious actually. When heating the wax it heated evenly and quickly. I did find that it does take a few tries before you get all the hair, i had to go over it a couple times before it was smooth and hair free. One thing that would be nice is if they provided more non-woven strips. Thanks to a previous posters suggestions I will also try washing them off and reusing them. I will recommend this product to my friends and it really is a nice product.

Was provided the Nair Candy Apple Sugar wax as a trial basis to review and I generally buy wax strips due to ease of convenience but was impressed with this wax. It definitely did smell delicious and I really enjoyed using it (yes I enjoy waxing.. I think I am a little strange sometimes). My biggest pros would be the ease of washing off any leftovers wax due to it being a sugar wax and being able to reuse the strips. I will definitely be saving the strips for next time!! My biggest cons would be that occasionally I had to go over an area twice but that is not uncommon with at home wax kits. Overall I am very impressed and will be looking for this product in stores!

I received the product free to test as part of the ChickAdvisor Review Club. It truly smelled amazing. The directions were detailed and easy to follow and it was an overall smooth application. It removed most of the hair and it was easy to rinse off left over wax. I think they could include more strips in the box but they are also fairly easy to clean and reuse. I look forward to using this product a few more times to master the technique but i'm already recommending it to friends!

I was selected to review this product and I was so happy to get the opportunity to try it out. I always used Veet, but after the smell and feel of this wax I will definitely be using this again. Great packaging with enough wax to use multiple times. It smells amazing and it was fast and easy.

I wish I had a better experience with this, because it had such great potential.
First off it smelled lovely. Not quite Candy Apply, bit still great. It rinses off with water VERY easily. I did not have to scrub, or use hot water to melt residual wax off my skin. The strips that were provided in the box were durable so that cleaning and reusing them was a breeze. A quick zap in the microwave makes it really easy to work with as well.

Unfortunately I think of the Nair Waxes that I have tried, this was the poorest performing. I found that it had difficulty grabbing hairs of the minimum and medium length. Because of that, It would only remove a little over half of the hairs of the section that I am waxing. Even when I went back to rewax that section, it would still fail to remove what was left over.

One thing I would suggest is not rubbing the strip on your body too long, as it warms up the wax even more, making it seep through and decreasing its ability to pull the hairs. Because the wax removes super easily with water, make sure you wipe the stick before storing it again.

I received this product from ChickAdvisor. I really liked the texture of this, it was quite smooth and easy to spread, that being said, it did permeate the cloth a bit, and my hands were kinda waxy after. I don't think this is super effective for finer hair, because I have areas on my legs that have finer hair, that this would just not remove. This does have a really great smell, and I liked that the wax came off after I washed my hands, it is pretty much a no fuss cleanup. I think the best part of this is really how easily it rinses off, there isn't any residue on my legs or hands afterwards.

I was pretty excited to try this wax kit because of the candy apple scent! It was the first thing I checked out when getting the package, and even my boyfriend said how good it smelled.
Usually I use baby powder on my skin before waxing it - I've seen it recommended a few times in other kits, and it always makes a complete difference for me. But I read through the instructions, which of course said to use this wax on clean, dry skin without any creams/oils/etc., and it didn't seem to mention using powder on the skin beforehand so I decided to try without it first.
The wax smells even more delicious when it's heated up, and the recommended time made it the perfect temperature. Once I applied it to my skin, I placed the 'non woven' strip over top and pressed down in the direction of hair growth. Maybe it was me pressing too hard, but the wax made the strip slide down and uncover my skin a bit, which got a bunch of wax on my hand. Thankfully it's completely rinsable! So I removed the strip and most of the wax just stayed on my leg. I tried repressing the strip down to remove it, but that didn't work and I just rinsed the rest off.
The second time I used baby powder (on my otherwise completely clean skin) before trying the wax. I did everything the same, and it was working much better - the baby powder seems to help the wax stick to the hair better and not my skin. But there were still a few wax patches left on my skin each time, plus this time whenever I pressed the strip down before pulling it off, the wax was starting to seep through the cloth and make everything sticky!
It was kind of frustrating because there are so many good qualities about this product - the wax smells amazing, and is completely rinsable with warm water so you don't have to use oil if you prefer. However, it makes more of a mess, and for me, wasn't as effective at removing the hair as my other usual wax kit (Nair Cire Divine, which I LOVE!)
Because this smells so amazing, and the mess redeems itself by being easily rinsed away, I will definitely keep using this, and am so thankful for getting to try it! Nair makes some of the best wax kits, and this one is worth checking out for the Candy Apple scent alone.
