Wax Strips? What a joke!
Nair Hair Remover Wax ready Strips are ineffective, and a waste of money.
All they do is leave a gooey residue on your skin.
Not one hair is removed.
This is false advertising and a big rip off. Literally they rip nothing off.
Embarrassing and messy avoid this product at all costs
These Nair wax strips are the worse. I leaves so much hair after you pull the strip off, when you try again the hair just collects wax cause a big sticky mess. It isn't even worth the hassle of the mess. In the box there are 40 wax strips but only 3 small oil wipes used to get the was left over on your body.. Waxing my bikini area was a nightmare, the I had clumps of hair and wax sticking together my husband had to cut them out because the oil wipe would not get rid of the wax. Embarrassing and messy avoid this product at all costs!!
The Nair WAX READY-STRIPS for Legs & Body with 100% Naturally Sourced Rice Bran Oil are naturally sourced as the name suggests. The strips peel apart quite easily.
The easy apply strips are not easy to remove. It is waxing so I get it. I found however that the effort to pull the strips off are not worth the effort given that it misses hairs and I had to shave with my razor after anyways.
The wax strips are not ideal for none flat areas like knees.
I noticed after removing all the wax strips that I had a bit of an irritation rash. Even after using the aftercare wipes the rash remained for a few hours. Speaking of the after care wipes, there are only 4 in the pack. 40 wax strips to 4 aftercare wipes is not a good ratio. I think there should be a few more of the aftercare wipes per pack.
This product is not good enough for me to give a recommendation to anyone to use. Either use your money on a razor, or a bit more for a professional waxing.
Cost is not worth a half less hairy body.
I went into this product adventure optimistic and thought the strips were very good idea as they were ready to go and not hot to apply. They smelled nice.
The problem started when I tried to pull them off, when I pulled them it only took hairs few and far between. So I tried again, my hair is fairly fine so it would just not work. The microwavable wax is hot and messy but I will have to go back to it. After trying to use the strips my skin was painful and red for a couple days afterwards. It wasn't nice. My skin may have had a reaction to it because I have never had skin so red or inflamed in the areas I uses the strips.
Ps. I also had a blood blister in one area from the strip.
