Hey all, I was doing some research regarding water bottles because I really need to get one. I saw all these great reviews regarding the Nalgene water bottles and I have to say was quite impressed. I WAS impressed until a ton of information stating how unsafe these bottles really are and it is not just Nalgene rather plastic. Ultimately when plastin is recycled there are chemicals that are released after each use which in women has been proven to cause breast cancer, in men prostate cancer. I am not sure the amount of research and the percentage of those people who have been afftected but to me one is too many. Its so sad because I was so excited because these bottles were ADORABLE but study shows glass (unbreakable) kind is the ultimate best. Just wanted to let all of you know!!!
