Goes bad Weeks before Expiration date

I havr bought this homo Milk 3.25% many times in the past few months and every time I buy it it goes bad at least 2 Weeks Before the Expiration date it becomes yellow and smells bad also it not safe to cosume as it has bacteria inside it can cause Food poisoning if u do not reccommed
