Love These Little Things !
I got both the vanilla and the triple chocolate flavors, and I tell you, they were DELICIOUS ! A perfect size for snacking, and you don't need to dirty any dishes, cause you can eat them with your fingers right out of the box, thanks to the dough outside. Its a unique taste, and not too sweet. At only 65cals per mochi, they are not too bad for those watching their calories, cause let's be honest, who will eat the whole box in one sitting ? (besides me LOL). Definitely recommend ! I can't wait to buy more, and also try other flavors.
Not my favourite
This is supposed to be like icecream which I absolutely LOVE ; however the outside shell to get to the icecream has a funky texture to it and just makes the entire experience of eating this not pleasant.
Unusual Treat But Too Pricey
These ice cream treats are made with Canadian milk, but inspired by Japan with their sweet rice dough covering. Currently there are three different flavour options available; mango, triple chocolate and vanilla.
Pro’s: Great ice-cream (especially the vanilla) + the chocolate ones even have little chocolate pieces inside. I didn’t know what to expect with the rice dough but it was great! Not like anything I’ve had before!
Cons: These pieces really are bite size and when they’re not on offer they are a little too pricey for what they have to give. This is the only reason I wouldn't recommend these to a friend. I think there are other options available that taste just as good without the hefty price-tag!
Little drops of heaven
Be prepared to be amazed. These little mochi’s pack a punch decadent flavor. Available in a variety of flavors, he will be amazed at this easy mess free dessert.
I have never been so sad eating a mochi
The ice cream was really nice, but the mochi overall was very disappointing. The rice cake part of the mochi was so hard. I am still shocked as to how anyone thought this product would be good enough to sell. I ended up just eating the ice cream that is on the inside and throwing out the rice cake part.
