I have pcos and have super bad anxiety and lowered magnesium. i heard good things about this product and went to try it for myself. the first time i didn't know if it worked but the next day i felt like i wasn't stressing and felt really good for once, have been feeling like that since. would definitely buy again

it was my first time trying it out. When i drank it the first time, I actually felt very calm feelings in my entire body and it gave a very relaxing and good sleep.
