This product is mainly used for pet stains in the home. The price is great and the bottle claims to effectively remove stains and odours. The steps for stain removal are listed on the back and are as follows:
    1: Remove solid waste material
2: Test fabric or carpet for colourfastness
3: Apply product liberally to stain working product from the outside of the stain towards the centre area of the stain. Make sure the entire stain is saturated including carpet, under padding or flooring.
4: Use sponge or brush to scrum the affected area to produce a foam.
5: Use dowels or other absorbent material to soak up as much moisture as possible from the area. (Use a heavy object to help) If odour remans, product has not reached the source. Repeat

In general you do need to use quite a bit of this product. It comes in a 16.9oz bottle and I ended up by using the entire bottle in a few messes. It does an ok job getting the majority of it out the first time, but you really do have to follow the instructions on the bottle. I needed to repeat this process up to 3 (sometimes 4 times depending on the stain) but I didn't mind so much because the bottle was around $7. You can purchase larger quantities and of course its a better value, but this was my first time purchasing this product. I'd say that the smell comes out the first time but you do get a lingering stain of where the accident was. I also helped this product along with some baking soda and vinegar and altogether this seemed to help quite a bit. This is a water based product and it claims to be harmless to all water tolerant surfaces and most fabrics. They say that it permanently removes organic odours and stains such as blood, vomit, urine, feces, and even food and beverages. It is supposed to discourage re soiling in the same spot in the future. (Not something I have noticed, as our dog has re soiled in the same area)

Overall while this product does not do everything it claims to do, I believe it is worth the price you pay for it and it is effective. I would purchase this again but in bulk only.
