100% OF CHICKS DIG IT
This product is a staple in my household. The health benefits of Oil of Oregano are astounding. To name a few: Protection against viral, fungal and bacterial infections, stomach upsets, helps to fight colds and relieve stuffiness, helps relieve menopause and allergy symptoms, use it for skin conditions like cold sores, nail fungus, dandruff, and muscle aches. It's also a natural insect repellent. This product is good for almost every ailment. I take it when I feel the first hint of a sore throat coming on, or to give my immune system a boost when I'm feeling run down. A word of caution, though.....it tastes terrible.
Be sure to do your homework and research first before trying. Always talk to your Dr.
I bought mine at Costco . It came with a small book with uses for the product.
Anytime I start feeling under the weather I take it under the tongue . I have not tried it for the other uses listed yet.
Literally can be used for anything. Clears sinuses, zits, bruises, dry itchy skin, tummy aches, flus, nauseous feelings. I'll never not have it in my cupboards now
Love this company, along with their line of vitamins, suppliments & protein powder. I swear by their oil of oregano!
Natural Factor is a Canadian Company who has produced this amazing product. I used to boil or press my own oregano every time I needed some. Now that I have found this product I don't need to, it has been done for me and now I can just buy some and keep it on the shelf. It works like an antibiotic, wards off colds, infections etc. I put a few drops in either water on the stove or sometimes in the humidifier. Fantastic for chest congestion or lung infections. You can put a few drops into water and drink it but I must warn you it doesn't taste great. The shelf life is great and it is almost a must have for your medicine cabinet . I almost forgot, to help relieve sore muscles put some in the bath tub and soak in it.
I use oil of oregano to get rid of colds and viruses. It can be a little strong tasting but it really works. I mix it with a little bit of V8 to make it a little more enjoyable.
Oil of Oregano is somewhat of an Antibiotic. When I travel out of the Country instead of getting a prescription of Antibiotics from my Doctor I take a bottle of Oil of Oregano with me. You would be surprised at all the infections, sinus problems, colds, flu's, etc it can cure. Just put 6 or 7 drops into a small amount of water in a glass and down it. You won't taste it however the after affects might have a slight feeling of spicy/heartburn for a minute or two. Dr Oz has been spreading the praises of Oil of Oregano for a while now.
Oil of oregano is a must for a quick natural remedy to prevent and lessen the symptoms of cold and flu. Natural Factors is a Canadian company so I also like to support this brand. Around 4-5 drops in a little water 3-5X daily at the onset of a cold will deter it. In general, o.o.o. has one of the oldest well documented research for herbal products and is also effective for stomach upset for minor g/i issues. When I used to eat sushi with seafood, I would take some o.o.o. as a natural antibiotic to kill off any minor potential microorganisms that may create problems.
Take the slogan for Buckley's, multiply it by 10, and you've got the perfect review for this stuff. It tastes horrendous, and it works like a charm.
When you feel a cold coming on or are already in the midst of one, get a shot glass, fill it half way with water, and drop 5 or so drops of this in it, and just take it like you would any other shot. Do this daily. It may not rid you entirely of your cold overnight, but it certainly gets the bulk of it.
It also works great if taken daily even if you aren't sick, just to prevent it in the future.
This was reccomended to me by my homeopath - both she and I swear by it.
