I really love this lamp. I don't about all the benefits it claims to have but one thing I can say is that I have noticed I sleep more consistently through the night as opposed to getting up throughout the night every few hours as I am someone who is never really sound asleep. I like the amount of brightness it emits because i do not like such bright lights so it is perfect at night if you are reading in bed or watching stuff on your computer or ipad or something. It is nice and dim and perfect to keep on during all times of the day since it doesn't use a lot of energy

Looks beautiful and the glow from it is lovely. Have it in the bedroom and use it at full brightness for meditation and when sleeping on very low. Like that it has a dimmer switch.
