I received one of these free through work and at first I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with it. I ended up getting out my mandalin and slicing up the turkey for lunch meats. I then placed a weeks worth into zip lock bags and frooze it all. So far it has been fantastic. Even after being in the freezer it still tastes fresh and makes a great lunch meat!
