A days you feel like you need some extra Zzzzz's

I received a free sample of this product(10 capsules). I thought this product was good at helping me ease into sleep. It definitely didn't feel habit forming at all. I've used AOR products before, namely "Bone Basics" and absolutely can't live without this supplement. However, with any sleep aid, it shouldn't be used over the long run and should be used with caution. I found that if I had many thoughts running through my head and having the stressful feeling, this calming effect did not help. It made me feel like I was having heart palpitations. This product works best as a sleep aid if you have nothing on your mind and are ready for sleep. I slept pretty soundly and I still ended up waking up at night, I was able to fall back asleep immediately. I felt slightly groggy in the morning but not like those over the counter sleep aids I used in the past.

I definitely will reach for this product in the future on days where I feel my body needs that extra need of sleep.

I LOVED this stuff and have we purchased it since. It helped me low into a calm sleep with no side effects the next day! The fact that it's all natural just makes me want it more :).
