Not worth it!

I thought I would try this out as I've had unrefreshing sleep for quite some time given the variability of my schedule. I do not take medications for this as they are often quite sedating and impairing for hours after you've woken up, and thus can be quite unsafe. Melatonin has been used for quite some time as a sleep aid; however, the additional ingredients such as passionflower have questionable empiric evidence to support their utility (and safety). Furthermore, I was concerned about the addition of California poppy, which is essentially an opiate.

This product did not work well for me, as it did not relieve my restlessness or insomnia, and in fact, I was more stressed thinking about the potential side effects to actually have restful sleep!!

As with all 'natural' products, these are not regulated by the FDA/Health Canada, and can cause unanticipated side effects and adverse events, which they are not required to report or monitor. It would be wise to seek the assistance of a physician to better assess the underlying issues.

Good product

Tried it a few times already. First time , after 30 minutes you can really feel the drowsiness coming so I knew that it was starting to work. Sleep was very peaceful. Only work up once (I usually wake up 3-4 times a night). Felt more energized in the morning. My partner noticed that I wasn’t snoring as hard. May be due to the sleep aid, I’m not sure. But I feel more calm when falling asleep. I’m not knocked out, but slowing put to sleep. Overall, very effective sleep aid. Feel energized. And definitely would recommmend.

the box is nice and shiny which gives it a fresh look and the colours are nice and clean looking. On the bottom, I noticed it said proudly Canadian and I feel like that should be in the front part and more proudly displayed.The ingredients are clearly listed on the box in both English and French which was nice. The box did pop off the shelf. Although it was poorly positioned within the store as it was not with the other sleep aids like I would expect and I actually had to ask for help to find it as it was on an end lower shelf. It did seem the bottle was rather large for just 30 tabs and could make you feel rather ripped off. The lid was NOT child safe which was upsetting as it would be so easy for a child to get a hold of them. The fact that you could only use these for up to four weeks then have to consult a physician put me off a bit as you can use multitone every night without a problem. The overall taste of the actual pill was for the most part non-existent. I did find myself to not have my usual restlessness that I have at night so that was nice. And even though I am on a c-pap machine I didn't get any side affects that would cause me to pause before using this product in the future.
