Nature Made Multi for Her + Omega 3 has been my go to vitamin for years. They are super soft gummies with great flavor. I personally could do without the lemon but I love the strawberry and orange. I like that these also have Omega 3 so I don't have to take something separately. Since I've been taking these, I hardly get sick so they will remain a part of my routine!

I have been trying the adult gummies from Nature Made and I must say that they delicious and very easy take sense I have promblems taking hard to swallow pills. They are a must try if you need that daily nutritional support.
