Good Vitamin

The Nature Made B complex was easy to swallow and with no bad after taste, also seemed to give me that extra energy I needed through out the day. I like all the ingredients it has to offer.

I bought these vitamins when I wanted to take a supplement to boost my energy. This product definitely does that. I took one with a meal and a glass of water and about 2 hours later, I feel rejuvenated and energized. The pills are very easy to take as well. I love this product!
