This is a great supplement to take for many reasons. A lot of people don't get enough calcium in their diet for one. But, my main reason for taking it, is the magnesium. As a dancer, and now for general fitness routines, I get calves that cramp up and are painful. This can be from a magnesium deficiency. Magnesium works in your muscles and helps them release and relax. If you have tight muscles, you should definitely try taking something with magnesium in it. You will be amazed!
