Nature Made chewable vitamin c . its chewable . i easy to take .

I take 2 of these everyday. I love that they are chewable because I have a hard time getting pills down. Since my husband tends to get sick alot, I suggested that he start taking them. He has and we have noticed a difference.

I took this (almost) every day last year and didn't get sick at all! I haven't been keeping up this year and I have already gotten the cold. I usually hate chewable tablets of any kind but these taste really good, very orange-y. Definitely helps boost my immune system. Of course you also need to eat right and and all that to prevent illness as well.
