I got these in a sample one time and was not very impressed with them but i guess maybe i did not take them long enough!

melts easily, taste great... however... they are small... they dont last long for me. but on the other hand, i will gave it a positive review cause it really works with me. i often get colds and flu when i dont take my vitamins... but with this... couldn't get any better!
