Phenomenal

Tried these sandwich cookies on a whim and devoured the box in a couple of days. The oatmeal cookies are thin and super crunchy and the coconut cream in the middle, even better than the cream in oreos. Yum 😋😋😋

Help! I’m Addicted!!

These. Are. Delicious!! I go through way too many of these. My son loves them too, especially when he peels them apart and licks the coconut butter out. They are yummy, and have a good serving of whole grains on top of it.

I have received the coconut butter as a sample to try, and was very pleased with the flavour and love the crunch of the cookie, I will probably buy these again, as long as they are not to much

Very Yummy Nature Valley

Wonderful snack, good on the run. This snack can be eaten on the way to work when in a rush! Easy to place in a bag or purse nutritious and keeps you going until dinner as well. I enjoyed it you take it anywhere!

I’m home with my second baby and toddler so I need quick and healthy snacks. These biscuits are delicious! Packed full of flavour and easy to take with you! The coconut cream filling is flavourful and actually tastes like coconut! I highly recommend these! Yum!

Good, but probably not good for you

I really enjoyed these coconut cookie sandwiches, but like my title says they probably aren't something to reach for if you are looking for a healthy snack. The filling could use a but more of a coconut kick; alternatively they could flavor the oatmeal cookies with coconut to improve the flavor profile. My husband, who also loves coconut wasn't a huge fan of these, he finds them too plain. Based on the ingredients, it seems like the 'coconut butter' filling is more of an icing made with coconut oil as the fat, not some sort of peanut butter like coconut concoction - which is why I think these are more of a treat than a healthful snack, but I'm purely speculating...
I'd buy them again as a cookie (not a healthy snack), hopefully they add some dark chocolate to the buscuit that would be a really nice variation.

Tasty Snack

Really liked these biscuits. They are nice and crunchy and taste really good, the coconut butter gives a nice sweetness too. Individually packaged so you can throw in your bag when you need a snack on the go.
