Tasty but perhaps not so healthy...

Nature valley has a great lineup of products including these bars. They are delicious cashew bars as the name suggests. I really like the combination and balance of flavors. The only downside to many of these products is the high caloric content, sugar and overall nutrition, particularly for the size of the products. Indulge in moderation!

Good snack

I love these as a healthy snack at work. When I need something to hold me over until lunch time, I reach for my cashew bars. Very taste, full of flavor and of course healthy

i love this snack bar, perfect size for a snack for in between meals. love the cashews, not too hard, just add some texture to the snack bar. good alternative as a snack

Definitely a favourite in our household! I love it because it's a great option for a quick snack or a take a long breakfast - and the kids love it because it tastes good!

these are yummy!! i love cashews and all of nature valley bars but these are one of my favourites! great as a snack or to grab for breakfast if you are in a rush!

I'll take a bar with me if I'm in a hurry or take one as a snack.

the nature valley cashew bars were awesome/ the flavour of the cashews were definitely there but what made them was the cashew butter/ i could not stop eating just one / they are low in calories and good for you . i recommend them highly
