Nature Valley Biscuits
I would definitely buy Nature Valley Cocoa Almond Butter Biscuits again as they feed your sweet and salty craving and have the perfect texture. They are also a great alternative snack compared to a chips and chocolate and will leave you full until supper time.
Healthy Alternative to a Chocolate Bar
This is a new product from Nature Valley. I stumbled upon it at my local supermarket when I was in the aisle searching for granola bars for a snack for work. When I first bit into it, I was suprised that the biscuit a somewhat hard texture. I was hoping for a softer texture but this is fine. It is salty in taste. The chocolatey almond butter center almost resembles the taste of Nutella. I think it's pretty good overall. I like that the first ingredient in the list of ingredients is "whole grain oats". It packs a punch with 14g of fibre per serving. Fibre is important to a healthy diet to keep us all regular and very essential in keeping blood pressure normal and keeping the cholesterol at bay.
I think I would buy this bar/biscuit again. It definitely would be a good alternative snack to say a chocolate bar which is loaded with horrible ingredients compared this this Nature Valley bar!!!
Pleasantly Surprised!
I keep these in my desk at work, and they are perfect when I need a quick snack. Nice crunch and texture as well. Nutritionals aren't bad with 8% fiber and made with whole grain oats.
amazing snack
Just found these the other day at the super market. these little sandwiches are great. they hit the spot when you are craving and are just the right combo of salty and sweet. The whole family loves them. We give these two thumbs up.
Tastes great! Would definitely buy them again.
This is a nice change to granola bars or cereal bars. Crispy and tasty, like eating cookies. Love the chocolaty almond flavor. A nice way to treat yourself!
Good snack
This is among the new flavours of Nature Valley cereal bars. There are two thin, dense, and crispy biscuits that aren't too sweet, with a generous cocoa filling inside. The filling looks more chocolatey than it tastes. It's similar to chocolate hazelnut spread, but you can taste the almond butter. I found it filling and satisfying. As for nutritional value, it's alright. I definitely won't consider it diet food, but there's enough fibre (3g) and protein (4g) in it to keep me feeling full for quite a while. Would definitely try the peanut butter flavour too!
