Nature Valley Sweet and Salty granola bars are one of my favourite. I really like the mixture of sweet and salty. There's a crunchy top layer and creamy bottom layer, that's the perfect combination. They're a great afternoon snack to get me through the day between lunch and dinner. My favourite two are the peanut butter flavour as well as the almond flavour.

Delicious and pretty guilt free snack for on the go. I like tossing a few in my purse for my kids and I to snack on when errands run too long between meals.

We have been purchasing these granola bars for quite a while now. My husband likes them for a snack during the day at work and fills him up until the next meal!

This is one of those items that really I don't know why I keep them about but they come in handy and we do like them. Unique mix of the salty and sweet. Keep them stashed in the car.
