I had never tried this before, mainly because I don't normally eat chocolate, but these are delicious. They were on sale so I thought I would try them and try them out, glad I did. The balance between the sweet and salty is great. Love the sweet, creamy chocolate along with the crunchy, salty nuts.

I can only say that something this good cannot be good for you - BUT I would be wrong. These bars are terrific - they taste more like a candy bar than a breakfast or break snack. It puts me to mind of Snickers, a fabulous candy. This bar is super - no aftertaste - and low in everything that I have to watch out for.

I have them for breakfast

I love the combination of sweet & salty in these bars. With 160 calories per bar, I can eat one every day for breakfast. Nature Valley Sweet & Salty granola bars come in a variety of flavors, but the Dark Chocolate, Peanut & Almond are my favorites.
