I take this everyday!

I take my biotin everyday and have been using this for about the past 5 years. My hair and nails grow so incredibly fast and personally my skin has cleared up. There was a time that I had stopped taking them for a short while and I did get breakouts. Overall I really like this product and still use it everyday. I’d recommend!

Great for hair and nail

I have been taking Biotin Supplements from so many years and this is one of my favorite brands. I really like this particular ones because the pills are small and super easy to swallow. They work really good for my nails and hair however, i haven't seen much difference in my skin with these. But consistency is very important, if you stop taking these you'll notice that your hair and nail not growing as fast compare to when you take Biotin.

Works, but causes acne

Biotin is a great solution for hair growth. I'm on the fence with a recommendation only because it created breakouts on my face. My hair did become thicker and grew faster, but I couldn't stand the big bumps on my clear skin. Eventually it became a short time use, but not everyone will have the same reaction.

Desperate and hoping this helps

I’m 50 yrs old and have very very thin fine hair on top. I am trying everything I possibly can to help regrow my hair. I’ve heard Biotin helps after months of use. It’s been only 3 months but I’m hanging in there. Fingers crossed.

A while ago I changed my diet and cut out meat/fish and some dairy for ethical reasons. However I noticed with my diet change I saw a change with my hair and particularly my nails. Maybe it has nothing to do with the diet change, but that's what I'm chalking it up to. A friend of mine recommended taking Natures Bounty Biotin to give my nails a little extra boost in health. This product doesn't use animal byproduct like some of the other Biotin brands. I decided to give it a go because I was sick of having brittle nails that broke at every attempt of growing them out! I started taking the supplement and within a month (it did take some time) I noticed that my nails were significantly healthier! Even my hair seemed fuller and shinier, and I'll also add that I haven't had any breakouts on my face since taking the supplement. It's been about 4 months now of taking the product and it's just part of my nightly routine. I have no negative side affects with this product, whereas some supplements make my stomach uneasy. I would 100% recommend this if you're looking for healthier hair and nails! I'm so glad I had a friend tell me about this product, especially because it's suitable for vegetarians!

I bought this to help with some hair breakage that I was experiencing. While my hair definitely improved it is hard to say whether it was the Biotin, or one of the other changes I made.

What I did notice was my nails started to grow quickly, and are so strong. Even once I had completely filed my nails down for work, within a week I had noticeable growth. They are growing in much stronger. I have not made any other changes that would contribute to my nail health, so I am attributing it to the Biotin.

I take a 2500 mug tablet daily, and swallow it rather than let it dissolve.

I have been using biotin for about a year now without noticing a difference! My hair and nails are the same strength and neither have grown any faster.

I have been using biotin for 5 years or so now! I have naturally curly hair and for some reason it would always take SO long to grow! But since taking biotin my hair and nails grow faster and stronger!I love it and will probably use it for the rest of my life!

I have been using Biotin for about a year now, and find it is a great product. I would highly recommend Biotin. It made my nails and hair grow unbelievably, in fact I have to get my haircut a lot more now.
