Just love this vitamin by nature's bounty. I have problems with swallowing pills so this is perfect for me. The gummies have great flavours , peach, banana and cherry in the bottle. They give me the calcium and vitamin D3 that I need in my daily life , also helping reduce the risk of me developing osteoporosis later in life. These calcium gummies are very good tasting. I am lactose intolerant, so I need a supplement.
