Delicious but works!

I prefer gummies over tablets just because the tablets tend to be hard for me to swallow. These gummies are great if you have skin problems and/or weak and/or brittle nails &hair;. My skin looks and feels healthier then before I started taking these vitamins. I've also seen improvements in both my hair and nails after a month of using these gummies.
