Nature's Bounty products are the best. I love the Green Tea extract and the Tumeric. I feel that the Green Tea extract cleans out my system of toxins. It is also good for weight management.

I am a bloater. I bloat all of the time for no reason. I purchase Nature's Bounty for $26 for 100 pills, which will last me about 50 days. I take one 200mg capsule in the morning before I eat and one in the evening, before bed. Sometimes, if it's during my "lady days", I'll take an additional capsule throughout the day to help as well. Green tea is a natural diuretic and helps to promote the removal of toxins in your system. Note: this does make you use the bathroom quite a bit but it's releasing all of those toxins! It's amazing. I can notice a 2 inch difference around my waist when I'm taking green tea extract and the pains of bloating are completely gone. I would definitely recommend.
